BOOKING POLICY
There's a booking fee of $50 that is required to book initial appointment and is paid through PayPal (has an option of guest checkout) during online scheduling. Booking fee secures your date and time and applies towards the cost of service. In case of a "no call no show" or change of mind (cancellation without rebooking) it is always non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATION
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment - it can be done online not less than 24 hours before the start time (link will be in the appointment confirmation email that you will receive after booking). If you have to reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours in advance - it can only be done via email.
Failure to notify in timely manner (24 hours) will result in loss of the initial booking fee and will require a new one to rebook. There's no booking fee for all the future appointments, but if you reschedule/cancel with a short notice I will require a deposit for rebooking.
If an emergency (medical, car accident, etc.) is the reason for late rescheduling or missed appointment, at our discretion the booking fee can be transferred to another date only if the proper documentation/proof is provided.
Feeling sick is not considered an emergency situation. If you have flu/cold/COVID or similar symptoms you must reschedule your appointment. Please, be aware that in this situation notification must be given not later than a night before the appointment (till 10 pm); if notified later - new booking fee will be required to reschedule.
LATE ARRIVAL
Grace period for being late is 15 minutes. If you realize you will be late, please, let us know in advance so that plans can be made, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation as well. We are aware that life happens and are sympathetic, but we often have another client scheduled and it would be unfair to make them wait for their appointment. If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure done, you'd have to schedule a new appointment and pay a new booking fee.
PAYMENT
Forms of payment at the day of the appointment are PayPal, Venmo or cash (please, have an account created in advance if planning to pay with named apps). No direct (swipe or tap) debit/credit card payments can be accepted at the moment, I apologize for the inconvenience. Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Booking fee paid during online scheduling secures the price that was applicable at the time.
