BOOKING POLICY

There's a booking fee of $100 that is required for all cosmetic tattoo appointments ($50 for tattoo removal and camouflage tattooing appointments) and is paid through PayPal during online scheduling.  

Booking fee secures your date and time and applies towards the cost of service.

In case of a "no call no show" or change of mind (cancellation without rebooking) it is always non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your appointment 48 hours notice is required and can only be given via email.

Failure to notify in a timely manner will result in a loss of the initial booking fee and will require a new one to rebook.

Rescheduling is allowed only twice. If a third rescheduling is requested - new booking fee applies no matter how far in advance the notice was given.

If an emergency (medical, car accident) is the reason for late rescheduling or missed appointment, at our discretion the booking fee can be transferred to another date or extra fee waived (for a touch up appointment) only if the proper documentation/proof is provided.

Feeling sick is not considered an emergency situation, therefore 48 hour notice rule still applies.

​LATE ARRIVAL

Grace period for being late is 15 minutes. If you realize you will be late, please, let us know in advance so that plans can be made, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation as well.  We are aware that life happens and are sympathetic, but we often have another client scheduled and it would be unfair to make them wait for their appointment.  If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure done, you'd have to schedule a new appointment and pay a new booking fee.

 

PAYMENT

Forms of payment at the day of the appointment are only cash, PayPal or Venmo (please, have an account created in advance if planning to pay with named apps). No direct debit/credit card payments can be accepted at the moment, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.​ Booking fee paid during online scheduling secures the price that was applicable at the time.

TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS

for cosmetic tattoo procedures

When we book the touch up appointment after the first session there's no booking fee required. Although if you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance - additional fee of $100 will be added to your touch up price. If there’s a "no call no show"  for your touch up appointment and later you want to rebook it I will charge $200 extra on top of touch up price.

Failure to review and strictly follow pre- and post-procedure instructions listed on the website may jeopardize your chances for a successful procedure. 

Permanent makeup techniques are a form of tattooing. It carries with it known and unknown complications and consequences associated with this type of procedure (infections, spreading of pigment, inconsistent color, allergic reactions).

Results vary in each individual, depending on many factors, such as skin type, age, body metabolism, etc., therefore can not be guaranteed. Artist has no control over what occurs during the healing process. To achieve desired results multiple sessions might be necessary and priced accordingly.

It is important to have realistic expectations and understand that permanent makeup enhances the appearance, but it is not meant to fully substitute cosmetics. It adds enough to the bare face and creates perfect canvas for effortless application of cosmetics.

If any other technician applies any cosmetic tattoo over an area originally done by us, we will no longer perform any future cosmetic tattoo procedures on that area, unless a full removal is done first, which will be charged for as a regular removal client. No exceptions.
